Performance Methodology

The performance figures referenced across this site are drawn from documented reporting periods, aggregated operational data, and modeled comparisons. This page explains the general sources behind those figures.

Last Updated: March 2026

Move Masters is committed to transparency in how performance information is presented. The metrics referenced on this site reflect aggregated reporting from shipment activity within the service network utilized by Move Masters and are presented for informational purposes only.

Where figures represent modeled comparisons or projections, that context is noted below.

Superscript references throughout the site (e.g. 1 2) correspond to the sections on this page.

1. On-Time Delivery

The 95%+ on-time delivery figure reflects SCAC-level performance data reported through the Department of Defense (DoD) Best Value Score (BVS) system during the 2023–2025 reporting period.

On-time performance is measured against scheduled pack, pickup, and delivery dates recorded within the BVS reporting system. The referenced figure reflects performance across shipment lanes served by carriers participating in the broader logistics network utilized by Move Masters during that period.

2. Cost Efficiency

The “up to 35% cost efficiency” and “up to 30% operational efficiency” figures reflect modeled comparisons between traditional fixed staffing structures and variable per-file coordination models used in outsourced move coordination programs.

The model considers factors such as:

  • Per-file administrative labor
  • Overhead allocation
  • Claims processing time
  • Seasonal shipment volume variability

These projections are illustrative and based on operational data provided by participating carriers and logistics partners within the service network utilized by Move Masters.

Actual results may vary depending on company size, shipment volume, operational structure, and contractual arrangements.

3. Annual Shipment Volume

The 335M+ pounds shipped annually figure reflects aggregated shipment weight across carriers participating in the forwarding and coordination programs utilized by Move Masters during Calendar Year 2024.

The total primarily consists of military personal property shipments and commercial household goods moves coordinated through participating service providers operating within the broader logistics network used by the program.

This figure represents aggregate network activity during the referenced reporting period and should not be interpreted as shipment volume handled by any single carrier or service provider.

4. Network Performance vs. Industry Averages

Comparative statements referencing carrier performance relative to industry averages are based on longitudinal DoD BVS reporting covering 2011–2024.

The BVS system evaluates carriers based on quality scores, timeliness, and claims performance. References to relative performance reflect aggregated BVS results for carriers operating within the service network utilized by Move Masters compared with national household goods carrier averages during the same reporting periods.

5. Service Performance

The 95% service performance score reflects aggregated operational performance from shipments coordinated within the service network utilized by Move Masters during the 2023–2025 reporting period.

The score is derived from operational indicators associated with completed shipments, including:

  • On-time service performance
  • Quality scores recorded during shipment execution
  • Claims incidence and resolution metrics

These indicators collectively reflect overall service performance across shipments handled within the network during the referenced reporting period.

Individual shipment experiences may vary.

6. DoD Compliance

References to DoD compliance reflect alignment with applicable standards within the DoD Personal Property Program at the time of publication, including relevant Joint Personal Property Shipping Office (JPPSO) and U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) requirements governing Personally Procured Moves (PPM).

Regulatory requirements and compliance standards may change as program rules evolve.

7. Administrative Fees

References to “no hidden administrative fees” within the Agent Partner program refer specifically to the absence of undisclosed administrative charges layered on top of the published commission or linehaul rate structure.

Standard contractual service fees, claims deductions (currently 4%), and other terms outlined in the Move Masters Service and Compensation Agreement may apply.

Agents should review the full agreement before enrollment.
